Our fruit bouquets are perishable goods and once they are made they cannot be refunded. All cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Large orders cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items can be exchange until day before the delivery. Please send us an email at or call us at 562-924-1060 to exchange your order items.


We would like to deliver the freshest fruit arrangements. All orders taken prior to 11:00 A.M will be delivered on the same day. All orders after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next day. Please allow 72 hour notice for large orders or special events.

Someone must accept the delivery since this is a perishable item. All deliveries will be to the address requested by the customer. In the event the recipient is not available, the delivery may be left with a neighbor. Once delivered, we are not responsible for delivery to the individual recipient.

All Residential orders are delivered between 9:00 AM till 7:00 PM and Business orders are delivered between 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM. Any other requested time is not guaranteed, however, we will make every attempt to deliver as requested.

Incorrect address may result in the arrangements gift not being delivered during the designated time period. The cost of any re-delivered arrangements gift due to incorrect address is the sender's responsibility. That is why, please verify all delivery information carefully.
